Case a.If it's our responsibility like sending you wrong items, bad quality items, or worn old items we promise to refund you 50% or replace for free.

 Case b.if part yours part our responsibility as you don't fit the item well because your feet are not the same as other people, we will refund you 50% payment or send you a new item for free.

If you are not satisfied with the default return policy and very worry if you fit the shoes or item  for a long time, you may buy an additional $25 Quality Insurance.

Which will assure you 100% refund. Insurance fee is nonrefundable. e.g,if the total price is $100,in all you paid $125.

We will refund you back $100  within 60 days both Case a and Case b. In case c, we won't refund you but we may send you a new pair of item for only $40 in 60 days.
